↗IMPORTANT BOUNDARY
A policy page is one control, not the whole compliance program.
Operating compliance also depends on the correct legal entity and physical address, the approved sponsor/acquirer and registration disclosure, written information-security and incident-response programs, PCI scope and validation, vendor oversight, complaint handling, marketing records, employee training, and the signed merchant agreements. These pages are written to match the current site and avoid inventing any sponsor or registration claim.
